Sharjah Police Harat launched a quick service to issue and renew the vehicle license, which has achieved 90% of customer satisfaction. Sharjah license renewal fee is just AED 120, but the online quick facility makes UAE drivers happy and satisfied. Even in the pandemic, The Sharjah police inspected around 13,000 vehicles in the past six months, in just a time span of 5 minutes for each vehicle.
Senior officials say that this was the initiative to check driving licence status online UAE for all the drivers and to inspect the vehicle in order to develop and provide integrated services to customers. The Sharjah police have collaborated with the Ministry of Interior(MOI)’s goal to make UAE’s roads the safest in the world.
Seeing such success, the Harat service is expected to be rolled out in all emirates, so that all citizens get their UAE driving license renewal online quickly. The motorists should visit the Harat centres in order to get their vehicle inspected and they can renew their license there.
