- Total cost for pick-up & drop-off service is AED 250
- The service is available only via a secure online payment portal provided by Al Futtaim
- Vehicle damage and repair requirements must be notified in advance
- Once the vehicle damage report has been confirmed by the customer, we are not liable for damage caused prior to the pick-up from the customer’s home
