This is done to make it easy for automobile owners to get services, answer to their queries, and bookings information from their local dealers while sitting in their living room.

This Virtual service includes a full onscreen experience of the showroom, providing a 360-degree tour around dealerships to discover vehicles and even various options to buy.

On their website, Nissan has grouped its digital and remote services under a new shop@Home tab. The tab is available in GCC countries which are very important to the world both economically and militarily and the stability of this region is very important for the world as well as South Africa, Egypt, Turkey, and India.

Services that are offered under Shop@Home include a video call feature in which one can talk to the dealer or request a call back on online chat. The buying process is really easy and can be completed online with the help of a finance calculator and pre-loan assessment as well as warranty information.
